How quickly will my glasses be delivered?

We aim to get your glasses to you as quickly as possible: Non-prescription styles (bue light glasses, sunglasses) usually arrive in 1–3 business days. Single-vision prescription glasses (including prescription sunglasses) usually take around 7-10 business days, but not more than a week. More advanced lenses, such as progressives, are custom-made and may take 2–4 weeks. You’ll always see the estimated delivery time when choosing these lenses. And if there’s ever a delay, we’ll contact you directly with clear next steps.

Can I return the glasses if they don’t fit?

Yes. Most glasses can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receiving them. The following are eligible for return: All single-vision glasses, including those with premium thin lenses Standard progressive glasses, including progressive sunglasses Blue-light glasses (non-prescription) Non-prescription sunglasses and prescription sunglasses with single-vision lenses The following cannot be returned, as they are fully custom-made: Premium progressive lenses Light-responsive (photochromic) lenses Both of these options are clearly marked as non-returnable during the lens selection process, so you will always know before placing your order. What are blue light lenses?

Blue light lenses have a special filter that reduces the blue light emitted by screens such as computers, phones, and TVs. This helps ease eye strain, dryness, and fatigue, especially after long hours in front of screens. You can add a blue light filter to prescription glasses, or choose non-prescription blue light glasses if you simply want extra eye protection.
